Gray Monk 2019 Pinot Blanc

This Pinot Blanc is clear and bright with a clean, fresh-fruit aroma of yellow apple, golden kiwi, melon and white peach.

A smooth yet refreshing, just off-dry, light to medium-bodied wine with flavours of ripe tree fruits and melon. Notes of tangerine and red apple linger on the finish.
Critical Acclaim Double Gold Medal – 95 points – Harvest Challenge, USA 2019.
Wine Making Pinot Blanc grapes were picked from our long-standing growers for Gray Monk within the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys. The Pinot Blanc grapes were gently pressed, cool fermented, and aged in stainless steel tanks for pure fruit expression.
